Ok I'm looking for some earbuds that will cost 100 $ but I need them to be really clear sounding , comfortable, not too much bass but just enough I want clarity to overpower though and it has to have the three buttons in line volume + play/pause volume- And I also want good customer service for the warranty any recommendations they could be the newest pair of earbuds in 2013 but if there is anything that is old that defeats the new then that will do fine too

I HAVE A GALAXY S III ANY RECOMMENDATIONS

Lately I've been looking at
Shure
Grado
Sennheiser
Akg
B&w
Klipsch
Audiotechnica
Denon
Etymotic
Etc.

BUT WHICH ONE IS THE BEST FOR 100 $ With warranty

And if you're going to tell me the brand please tell me what type

I would recommend the Audio Technica CKM500i i have the regular version which has no remote and has a short cable plus extension you pretty much gave to use. It sounds great and meets your criteria in sound and comfort. I don't think the warranty applies outside japan though would be a shame to pass up on such a great sounding EIM because of it though mean the main reason why where into this hobby is because of sound. I can vouch for the CKM500 durability it survived unscathed from being left in my pants through a wash cycle just left it in rice overnight.

I would recommend the Klipsch S4A. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005M1KO1C/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1377119195&sr=8-1&pi=SL75
You said that you have a Galaxy S3, well this is the version for Android for the Klipsch S4.
Also there's a new version.

But the old one it's been well praised in many reviews.

I totally forgot...the Sony MH1C sounds way better than the S4 and has an Android-compatible 3-button remote.

If the MH1C had a replaceable cable, I would sell all of my other IEMs, no joke.
I've never hear from the MH1C but in Amazon the Android version sells in $ 500.00 dollars. No joke. There's only one in stock. So if you can find in other place the Android version at a reasonably price (the regular version sells in $60.00) get them.
