Oh, I have some play when I'm turning the knobs to increase/decrease the volume, but my MK1 does not exhibit that kind of wobbling shown in the video. It looks like the knobs are a bit loose and I'm not sure that's normal.

Hi Everyone! Got my new P2 MKII from Amazon today. This is a really great device with a very nice sound. I have one question to P2 MKII owners - do volume knobs have some backlash? They are both kind of not stable if you try and move them from side to side...

I have read somewhere in the internet that the knobs are loose a little bit is "normal". My Plenue 2mkii knobs also are loose just a bit!

I recently bought the Cowon Plenue 2 secondhand and it is a very good DAP. However, I cannot get the music louder over 100 on the volume. Is there any way to get the music louder past 100? When I adjust the volume from 100 to 140 there is no difference in volume. Please advise.

Try settings -> system -> hearing protection -> make it OFF.

Hey, how are you guys dealing with the track merge when two or more albums from different artists have the same name? For example I have some albums called "Greatest Hits" and the player is merging all the tracks with the same album name into one album in the Album tab. It's a bit annoying.

Hi guys i have both P2mk1 and P2mk2 and firmware on the cowon.com.hk site goes only up to 2.21. Isn't it weird?
The cowonglobal.com downloads seem down. I would like to upgrade both to 2.40 but can't find the firmware to download.

I have 2.40 installed. I received my device in October and recall updating it. i no longer have the files i used
