Colorfly C10 - Colorfly Is Back!

So after three and a half weeks of waiting from Joybuy to get my Colorfly, I finally got an update...it just left Belgium to be delivered to me in the US. It was previously stated on the website that it had been received in Shenzen, China. The status only changed after I contacted Joybuy about my item. My guess is that it was never in transit until I contacted them. Sometimes you need to make contact with some of these companies to make sure that they are doing what they say. Just a word to the wise.

It was similar to my situation, and same thing it was in Belgium.

These days, the carriers are absolutely collapsed. I bought a tablet from Banggood on 16th Dec. They shipped it next day, also through BPost, and only today I got an update. Other items from Aliexpress and Veclan are also taking a lot of time to arrive.

Same for me. But I don’t contacted them. Just checked today as I usually do everyday my tracking number and vuala! Received few updates about my order(older updates too). Now it should going to my country from Belgium.

That's how long I had waited (shipped to SG).....2 months!!!.....good luck in waiting

But like what Dark Helmet had said, the wait was worth it. C10 has been my daily driver since.

I ordered one for me on January 1. How do i contact joybuy just in case problem arise in shipping?

...better pray hard nothing goes wrong with the shipping.
Their standard reply will be something like ....'require you to contact your local official postal service to show proof of none delivered parcel (!!!?????), in order for them to refund you'.

For those who already received their c10 from joybuy. What is the declared value by the seller? Is it the original price 200$? Or the discounted price? 130-140$? I'm afraid that i might need to pay customs fee :frowning2:

I don't remember the exact value, but it was what I paid, for sure (144$ or something similar)

I just received my Colorfly and the declared value was $144.

Thanks @Dark Helmet , good call. It's a very nice sounding DAP. I like the mix of smooth and analog sound that this unit gives. Sounds great with earbuds and headphones that have a natural timbre to them. The Line Out is probably the best sounding one that I have on the DAPs that I have, which is really what I was after.

Question: How do I know if I have the latest firmware installed on my player? What version should it state? I can't tell, since I tried to install the newest one but it wouldn't update. I think maybe it's because it's already installed.

I think you have the latest. I believe I posted earlier in this thread what my firmware version was, and it's newer than anything on their site. Glad you like the C10 by the way.
