Do you like it? I love his playing, but I hate the sound of his guitar, a Matthias Dammann. They sound too hollow and boxy to me. Why he and others play them is beyond me! Still, the music and his playing are what really matter.

I don't mind the sound. To my ears, it takes on some of the qualities of a lute.

These blew me away (Dvorak Cello Concerto and Sibelius Symphony No. 2). A lot of these old stereo recordings have superb sonics. Both are available on Tidal as Tidal Masters (look for the M logo).
