Huh? His Requiem is very dark. Mahler's 4th is light and hilarious (esp. in the last movement's lyrics -- a Child's View of Life in Heaven).

quinto: I read that a few yrs ago, on your recommendation. It was good, but I found that it got too much to be "about me" (narcissistic author) rather than about technicals of pianos. Got tedious in the second half, if I remember right.....
