Chord Electronics - CES Launch Extravaganza

Is it safe that we get a live stream from the CES site, or is there something else scheduled that could be favored over chords event?... I know it sounds silly, but the audiophile community is rather a small niche at CES...

I am not aware of a live CES stream of Chord's presentation, but let me reassure you that Head-fiers will not be neglected. Relevant threads will appear, at the appropriate time, providing plenty of information.

I'm sure you will have the thread ready in no time at all Mython ;). If the new announcement thread ends up being similar to the Mojo one, you might have some trouble keeping up :P

Good point.
The only plus for me would be if it's built in.

Bring MQA Support to MOJO! It can be implemented via a software update. but its very necessary, Tidal is offering MQA now. Audioquest are bringing Support to their DFR and DFB via a software update. It would be a pleasant surprise.

Sorry for off topic but I got confused by Tidal MQA announcement. Went to Tidal app and played a song from the "Masters" section from some Led Zeppelin album and it's still same old FLAC. What's going on here?

what i was reading about mqa (and someone clarify if i'm wrong) just because it's MQA doesn't necessarily mean it'll be a better sounding production than
is one done later on down the line (remastered), esp if the original master was so-so anyway..can't put lipstick on a pig so to speak.....i'll try to find the article.
if i'm wrong don't blast me...be polite, thanks.

On the contrary. I've read Various articles saying that MQA is basically as good as DSD in a much much smaller file size due to compression so it can be streamed.
