"Welcome to Head-fi - sorry about your wallet... oh, and sorry you lost the virtue of patience the moment you registered as a member"

If anyone is really desperate to open their wallet this very second, then................

https://artsexcellence.com/audio/dac-upgrades/chord-ttoby.html where the page contains "
More information about the Chord TToby is coming soon."

Given that the TToby was announced last year, this cannot be one of the big 3 announcements that chord will be making today.

So the big 3, will be absolutely **####*****, so stay awake and patient for a few more hours.

I don't post often. Put put off buying anything for my self for Christmas. Hoping for a DAP with more storage that possibly wouldn't need cables to stack with my MOJO.

I think many Chord fans are hoping for a DAP, just like you. I think that Chord would have a massive sales success with one, but I just cannot convince myself that Chord will announce one today.
Instead I think that Chord will announce something even more special tonight - here's hoping.

Chord is branching out into making kitchen appliances.
Their first product will be a toaster called Tojo TT which stands for toast joy table top. Their next product will be an fbc (flour to bread converter) and amp combo capable of powering toasters of up to 5000 ohms. The Tojo TT is the first capable of making Hi-Res toast. Pricing is $8089 for the Tojo TT.

The Tojo, serving proper toast, with just the right amount of seville orange marmelade, would be a hit in the UK.

To get the most of your Tojo TT you will need to get an external power supply only $5,295 to the first 100 buyers.

Chord did consider this, but they decided the idea would meet with too much resistance.

A pity, because home baked bread with healthy ingredients is delicious. Perhaps Chord wanted to control the quantities of ingredients, using coloured balls, which may have required a bit of trial and error to get right.

Tojo TT has a customisable toast respons via eq. Comes with 3 presets. Reference preset has a perfectly flat toast response with the right amount of peanut butter and jelly finely tuned by chord engineers specifically to please toastphiles with the highest demands for their toast. And a warm preset with slightly more punch to the peanur butter frequencies without being too boomy and affecting the toast. Perfect for peanut butterheads!
