Thanks for the advice. On the back of your post I contacted the retailer, Amazon UK, but they knew nothing and insisted I contact the manufacturer. Maybe someone from Chord could comment on this if they read this post.
The free case offer was limited and I think the vouchers were exhausted some months ago.

The Apple App Testing Folk are probably still figuring out how to get Poly to turn on.
It’s highly likely that Apple have been going back and forth with Chord to get bugs or kinks worked out; and this is all good for us

I thought it was stated by Chord that mail order only retailers like Amazon were excluded from the offer?
That is correct, its only brick and mortar stores as far as I am aware, buying from the net excludes you from getting a free case.

The cases I am sure are long gone. Do yourself a favor and just buy one

I have a spare official case that I am about to post in classifieds soon

The pin part looks too big. Does it come with an adapter? Or is that an overdue accessory?

Yep - comes with a Micro-Poly-Pin adapter.
It also comes with a special ‘Application Tool’ for attaching the Micro-Poly-Pin to the Premium Config Tool...

Sounds like it's way out of my budget.

The approval process is not exactly "back and forth". It will get approved, or rejected with a reason. If rejected, the process starts all over again with a new submission. It’s highly likely that Apple have been going back and forth with Chord to get bugs or kinks worked out; and this is all good for us

Anyone have any tips on how to keep bubbleupnp on android to stay connected? I get random drop outs and have to select the poly as the renderer again before I can play another song. There is no rhyme or reason to the drops, some times lasts a whole song and others just a few seconds. Multiple networks, multiple android sources and I can't figure it out.
Some where in this thread I remember someone talking about specific parameters that could help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
