With introduction of 400 GB micoSD card Poly is back on my list and Mojo no longer for sale. Now the obvious question is will Poly support such SD cards.

That's not really relevant with Poly spec showing micro SD cards?

Hey, and they updated the manual, too. #15 used to be blank. It now talks about the Chord app which will be used for network configuration. Much better than having to manually engage the config button each time.

Its a good question. Here has been my experiences with SD, both full size and micro from years of use:

I have not found sound quality differences.

There can be longevity and quality issues, so it is important to back up the data. I also rely upon reviews. A few cheap ones lost data on me.

Regarding the volume of data stored: some larger cards are not as easily (or smoothly) read as smaller cards on some older devices. I specifically used them for recording music, mixing, etc and this may be due, not to the card, but the unit processing.

I trust that Chord has done extensive testing and that cards that hold high levels of info process as smoothly as lesser. My wife is looking forward to Poly next month (I'll borrow it for the treadmill). She still uses TIDAL but it is the SD card that matters most to us. I've got 403 GB of music on my desktop; much of which she would love to choose from at any time.

On the link I find #15 still empty, tried many times, deleted the download and tried again. Same result, 15 blank. What is happening? Do we get different targets for the same link? ...same on Android, by chrome, not using the link..

Not sure - maybe it's cached? But, it works from my iPad and here is the section:
