How did you know the Poly is on or off if the P.status light can not be turned on? If it’s off, how long is it gonna take to drain the battery?

Connected the poly to a fully charge mojo, and switched on the mojo till it's flat. both feels warm to touch, so I believe it's discharging.

I have a Samsung UE48JS9000.

With the FW 1.0.17, i have observed that if i have used the Poly with bluetooth audio, I need to turn off the TV before I can use the Poly with WIFI. The p.status was fix blue but it was impossible to use the Poly with BubbleUpnp and S8.
I did not report this because only me had the problem and i had found my solution.

With the FW 1.0.26
After my last post, the Poly blinking purple, i reconnect on the tv. The sound comes but on the display off the tv, i can find the Poly. When i try to refresh, the Poly is not finded by the TV and the sound is still there.
So the handshaking of the Poly and my TV must be improved.
The solution about blinking purple came when i turn off the TV.

About interruption in the sound, with my TV, the Samsung S8, S3 and the A10, i can not actually coreĺlate the frequence with events. With the TV, sometimes 3 interruptions in 10 secondes but generaly when the connection start. After one per minute or less.
I use the App Bluetooth LE scanner: it shows level RSSI. without succes. The levels change to quickly to understand something with these tools.

The last hour i have removed some bluetooth equipments in the list of the TV
and the number of interruption decrease a lot. Strange. I can now listen to my TV with pleasure in the night.

After i have done the same with my smartphone S3 but i have interruption like the first day: each 2 secondes. And with the S8 is near the same.
I repeat that i have connected 2 Poly with a smartphone Huawei in bluetooth audio and all is perfect.
My conclusion: Samsung has to work. I have request support for the smartphones and i wait.

Ok let me know what answers you get.
Although I know it does not help you I have a slightly older Samsung smart TV and I also have the Samsung S6 phone and I don't have any issues with Bluetooth.

I have been playing around with GoFigure on my iPhone X for a while- love the design.

Fortunately, things like mode switching work pretty much seamlessly with no requirement to reboot Mojopoly. I also tried Bluetooth playback out and things worked great.

Glider seems to be experiencing quite a lot of issues with modes being switched so quickly. Music would keep on playing but Glider fails to discover Poly on the network. Hopefully things can get optimised a little

EDIT: I’m also getting “your request timed out” errors on my home wifi. Music stopped but things recovered after about 10 seconds.

I wonder if some folks who bought a hugo/hugo 2 or mojo/poly case from Valentin on Etsy.

How long did the cases take to get to you ?

My case was posted on 24th march, the tracking page tracks it until the 27th march and says it’s in the postal office for international post, thats the last tracking point.

Did everyone elses case take this long ?

I am in the UK and I get stuff from china/hong kong all the time and it only takes 5 days to latest 2 weeks and thats from china, Valentin is in the Ukraine in europe and its still not here.

So how long does everyone else cases take to arrive ? Its only £50 quid but I cant believe that it takes this long for **** to arrive from the Ukraine.

I ordered one from Valentin back in August and it took at least 1 and a half months to get to me...So patience is all I have to say I just ordered another one over a week ago for my Chord Hugo 2 and it has not even been posted yet..Glad I'm not in a hurry!

Is anyone else seeing Glider work a lot worse? Even changing tracks results in a long wait now..

It's not actually my method, it's what resulted when Chord (Matt) took me through a troubleshooting process. It seems like letting your unit drain the battery is working for some. I would really encourage you to contact Chord to troubleshoot this with you. They're the experts and it also give them more of a database for future firmware updates etc....And in my case I ended up having to disconnect the battery to reset it although perhaps just letting the battery die may have done the trick.

I'm really pleased with the GoFigure app and how simple and complete it has made the experience with Poly. Now it's on to building some playlists using Glider to use the playlist function in GoFigure.....

Still having some issues with Quick Play.

So from what I've managed to figure out I suspect that playlists created by glider use a network rather than local file path for each item, which is why they fail in Bluetooth / Airplane mode.

Can anyone confirm that keeping Poly in Hotspot Mode would drain its battery faster than in WiFi Mode? If stability is not an issue, which hotspot mode is recommended for OTG, smartphone’s or Poly’s?

Since the new firmware update, I've used Poly's own hotspot without any further breakouts, even though there are occasional signal noises. I stopped using my iPhone's hotspot because of the battery drain on my iPhone which I feel is more severe than the equivalent drain on the Poly.

I can no longer get Poly Hot spot mode working since gofigure. I can select hotspot mode and see the poly in my Wi-fi. I connect to it and the Chord poly page appears. I try and navigate to my iTunes or glider player and the minute I do it disconnects from the hotspot and the Chord splash page closes.

I feel like I’m doing something very basic wrong. Poly hotspot worked fine before.

What am I doing wrong?
