When connected to MojoPoly charge both units simultaneously, the poly charging reallly slow, like a whole day only 10% charged.
Anyone has same issues? The mojo has green light on, and white light when disconnect from poly.
I orderd a 5v/3a charger, hope it helps!

Annoyingly, the Mojo takes priority in charging. So even though the Poly shows charging, it's in a rate much slower than the Mojo. This is until the time the Mojo is fully charged, then the Poly's full charging speed will kick in. Very stupid. I've ended up at times with a displeted Poly because of this. The H2/2go works the same way.

To ensure same charging, you could separate the two and plug them in separately. I do this. More annoying with the H2/2go because those actually get screwed together.

I have exactly the same problem. Let me know if the 5v/3a charger solves it.

I charge my mojo poly separately. I found the same issue with the poly taking so long to charge when connected to the mojo.

You can purchase the files and have them printed by a 3D printing service.

These files are made available to the community for a small fee for private use.
I am happy to print cases and ship them within the EU for those who don't have access to a printer and don't want to use the printing services.

Have you downloaded the Poly user manual from the Chord website?
Have you charged the Poly battery? If P Status is off, then that suggests that the Poly is switched off, in which case it is hardly surprising that GoFigure cannot find it.
Once GoFigure can find it, you can discover the version of the Poly firmware and update if needed, although you may need a Mojo 1 for recent versions.

Thanks for your reply, currently I am charging the Poly (without Mojo 2) and it is White solid LED ON, as manual says. How t know if Poly is fully charged?
