DACmini has sparkling high and punchy bass.
 
I only listen to Bifrost and Lyr, but not with Asgard so i don't think my impression is valid.  As far as Bifrost goes, the 'clicking' issues (when the music is paused) is deal breaker for me, no matter how nice the sound is.
 
How about DACport? and something from Audio Gd like NFB 2.1, I think the price is really good.
I have 2 of Audio Gd DAC, and liking the sound more than Bifrost (A/B compare in the store, driven with the same amp, Lyr, and the same cdp).

What source(s) are you plugging the DAC into?

A practical combo is the HA-160Ds, it plays nicely with the headphones you listed.
