I currently own a pair of Fidelio X2s but I dont like them since wearing them for over a hour really hurts, is there any good headphones for around 100 bucks? Possibly closed back, I can order from Taobao as I'm getting some stuff there already. I saw the HE-400i go for 90 euro, are those good?
Thanks

HE-400i sounds cold and smooth, and is shy of bass. It’s good for long time listening but not for performance.

Interesting, is there any other good headphones I can buy off taobao?

IMO the HE400i is a very good pair of headphones and crazy value at €90. Their technical performance is at least on par with the X2's to me but as always personal preference will ve the deciding factor.

As for bass the HE400i has deeper subbass while the X2's has more impact in the midbass.

I narrowed my search to those 3 headphones and I think I will go for the Blon B8 for 55USD, I don't think I can find anything better and I don't want to spend twice as much on the He400i.
Takstar PRO82 - $51.67
Blon B8 - $55.00
HiFiman He400i - $100.00

If you're looking at those, be sure to check out the ISK MDH9000 and its clones.
They're very nice for the price.

Also, if you don't mind changing the pads, the JVC HA-S680 is pretty good.

Yeah, I don't know about deals available to Italy, but you may have to search for each ISK MDH9000 clone separately.

YOGA SHP-1, 60mm carbon diaphragm headphone. The earcups are made of aluminum and the metal yokes are quite unique. It came with PU pads and velour pads, a 4.4mm balanced cable and a 3.5mm SE cable with 6.3mm adapter.

How much the price?

I'd still say this is somewhat Chi-Fi, as I'm sure Curtis Jackson didn't actually make this himself. Originally retailed for $299, which is ridiculous, but at $89, they are surprisingly good. The earpads are plush and large, however, the opening is small, so they are really a large cushion on-ear.

The sound is actually better than I was expecting. Bass is not overdone. Mids are present and clear. Good clarity with some sparkle. They're comfortable enough, but the clamping force is a bit higher than average. My head is about average size, but I can imagine those with a larger dome may have comfort issues. There's a little plastic creaking when handled, but overall, they feel solid. Comes with a hardshell case.
