I had his purist rom on my Calyx M. While it absolutely was great with my PM3s, it didn’t work that well with my cascades and with the PP8. I think it really is a synergy/pairing thing to have in mind when using his rom. But good to have it, at least for me m, because Calyx M doesn’t have EQ and so at least I have the possibility with his rom to boost the bass quite a bit.This guy selling Fidelizer Purist ROM is up to something...Just received his latest rom 2.0 and it brought such a vibrant life into production.
I was skeptical about his work initially but he might have finally hit the sweet spot..
For some reason, the link on the page directs me to the version 1.1 rom...I'm glad to hear you like the improvements with PerfectDynamics 2.0.
Calyx X has quite rather unique sound signature so synergy matching can be tough. But PerfectDynamics 2.0 should improve synergy and matching with more equipment while improving sound quality to sound closer to real live sound too. Stay tuned. I have lots of devices to upgrade and Calyx M is one of those.
Is PerfectDynamics 2.0 only applicable to the paid ROMs because the file I just downloaded seemed to be the same as the one that you released when the 2.0 ROM came out.Thank you for informing. I forget to update it. My apologies. Now it's fixed.

Aaaaa man, but its Solid State Amp is great. The N8s SS amp is what I used to compare it to all the other top of the line daps.No doubt N8 is the best sounding dap ever but it is too bulky for me. If Cayin can remove every but nutube mechanism to reduce the size and weight to half, I am willing to pay the same if not more. But then I am sure that will never happen, sigh.
Custom design dap service is what we need for a change.
