While looking at smartphones on AliExpress, I noticed that most of the top models have 1920x1080 screens (my Nexus 5, launched 31-OCT-13, has that resolution), rather than the current 2560x1440 (or higher) screens found on the more expensive brands.

But, I think I'd rather have a simple, purpose built DAP, like the N3, rather than using a smartphone for regular music listening.
It would be nice if the the N3 had a good WiFi radio, to allow for streamed music, without having to link via Bluetooth to a phone or tablet.

That is true, but the debate is up as to whether you need more than 1080p. It becomes a large drain on the battery, and you can't really tell the difference unless you really look hard. Phones from some Chinese manufacturers are built to spec, and offer a ridiculous level of value. But yes, I'd agree about what I want to listen to music on. a standalone DAP would be best, even better if it is small and portable like the N3.
Last off topic post from me.

I saw AP200 today but again half of android mumbo-jumbo that's not needed. Besides N3 is a bare-bone DAP there is no comparison, an i5 would be apples to apples. Second, it will cost more than $350 IMO.

It's way better. I have a Sansa Clip+ that I'm too embarrassed to give to anyone else because it was never good.

I might look into it.  Only 30 if you live in US.  But I am in Canada.  I read that the AGPtEK M20S can not have rockbox installed which was an advantage with the Sansa Clip.  The M20S also looks about 2x the size of the clip.

Hello, in your opinion, worth the plus price the Cayin N3 near the Hidizs Ap60? I can't decide...

ap60 is not even in the same league.

When can I buy it in South Korea?

If you can not buy in Korea, when can you buy online in the US?

If you can not buy in Korea, it is better to buy in the US for tax reasons.

It's not available yet. If you go back a couple pages, I think the official release is around the end of April. I'd imagine it will be sold at the regular places like all the other Cayin products.
