The sound is there for the price in my opinion, remind me the Utopia 2022 just a little bit bright, surprisedly really light and wide sound stage, I change the pads to the Velours and the sound was more neutral, cables is insane, 8cores, good looking and light.

RME is good but I'm not sure about the price considering that you can still get the old one for $1200 new or $900 used.

Just as a heads up to anyone who booked a room with the Canjam special rate:

Check how much you actually get charged to your card. I just got overcharged a few hundred dollars.

Does this diablo version have mqa spdif??

From everything I have read, I would not think so as this is mainly accomplished by USB, but I will check on this for you and get you a solid answer!

Any knowledge on the gain settings of the Diablo X ?

If we zoom in we can see that the gain is Standard - Turbo - xmems

Does that mean the Eco setting has been dropped and Standard is the same gain as the existing Diablo Standard setting ?

That would be even more limiting for all the folks that complain about excessive gain and channel imbalance, presumably it is still a conventional volume pot.

Just in case if you are driving from NJ, that's my 1hr commute to NYC, I highly recommend reserving a parking spot across the Times Square using SpotHero, will cost you 1/2 the price rather than showing up at the garage and paying $65.
