Hey everyone, I'm new to Head-Fi and I'm so excited to be a part of this community! I hope any more "established" members will help me get "up to speed" on anything I might benefit from knowing. So as for my question:
I'm using an Android phone (Note 8) with a USB-C output going into the USB Micro-B receptacle of the Oppo HA-2 SE. The problem right now is that the Oppo HA-2 SE is consuming battery from my Note 8. However, I believe this battery consumption may be able to be lessened with the use of a different USB-C to USB Micro-B cable? Currently, I am using a Meenova USB-C to USB Micro-B OTG cable.
But that is not even the biggest problem... you see, I'd like to be able to charge my phone (Note 8) while using the external DAC (OPPO HA-2 SE). Can any of you give me any suggestions?
