.
nice cover you have!
Sounds good with this, if you prefer more warmth and bass. Otherwise the SP1000 for the win.

Now I find the Emerald Green Andros more classic look with its own signature !
Green is limited edition color among all lol
I definitely like the SS better than the white and it is a little added bonus to have a limited edition color but I still like the green as it is my favorite color

Initial impression on this R6/Andros combo - neutral, better clarity than my previous E4000 setup. Previous audition with demo Andros/R6, the sound was dry and flat. Could it be eartip ?
Listening to Stompin' At The Savoy from Chesky 30th Anniversary Records, wider soundstage, three guitars are well placed, refined sound and lively.
High life from Jazz At The Pawnshop - another lively track to listen , enjoying soundstage and music instruments separation with background noise from crowd.

Any hissing with the R6? I'm considering getting one.

Output impedance would be a concern with the R6 for me. At 10 Ohms that's well outside the 1-2 ohm sweet spot. Above that you have accentuated treble and less bass. Below that more bass and less treble. IMO you'd prob want to use an IEMatch from iFi to get into the ideal range.

Isn't IEMatch 2.5 Ohms with High Sensitivity and <1 Ohms with Ultra-High Sensitivity? I have one.
Andromeda sounds best on High Sensitivity + High gain from my DAP.
Tbh, I've been listening to my Orion a lot. I really like its balanced sound. Very non-fatiguing.

Don't remember the exact details. But both settings are dancing around that ideal level.Isn't IEMatch 2.5 Ohms with High Sensitivity and <1 Ohms with Ultra-High Sensitivity? I have one.

Although I have not heard the Orion before, I do find the Andromeda a little to fatiguing for me which is why I use my UERR more than the Andro.Isn't IEMatch 2.5 Ohms with High Sensitivity and <1 Ohms with Ultra-High Sensitivity? I have one.

I wonder if there is anyone else who feels like this.
