I didn't have measurements, so I need to verify this, but the aim was thinner walls and a smaller outer lip...both are things a few cup makers on the threads have touted as potential design improvements...I personally thought it just made them look slimmer and less clumsy :)

  I have the RS-1 cups modeled in Autocad 3D if you can find a way to use that.

I've got some pics of both aluminum and mahogany cups that i've made the last weeks, also custom size, at least on the inside. But I can't post pictures... anyone know why?

these are the results.. a bit rough around the edges but something to start out with!
same piece of wood, colours depending on different directions of the wood. Very hard to get a good photo of how the wood actually looks, but trust me when I say that its good :)

Old thread but hopefully still monitored, do you still have the grado cup model? Would be cool to print a set with this new bamboo/pla filament i got.


I still have it, will send to you tomorrow.
