I havent tried the spinfits on my b400 yet, I'll have to since I found that stage depth was about equal but width was better on the Lz a4.
Yeah I tried a bunch of tips but setlled on the white core SpintFits from my Co-Donguri and it was the best sound though the tip was slightly loose on the nozzle. I found my Lyra II box and the SpinFits in their, grab the medium is size Grey outer/Dark Red core and it fits even better in my ear and doesn't fall off the nozzle while providing the same sound.

Though I have no A4, based on my experience on A2, it has more subbass, which give people an illusion that it has a larger soundstage. Actually its soundstage is not large at all. Moreover, at least A2 has no any soundstage height. Though B400's soundstage is not very large, it has a very good soundstage shape. I believe Lurk650's comments on them.

How would you compare them to LZ A4?
I would say the B400 is the more balanced, while the a4 is more v shaped regardless of what filter is used. To me, the a4's soundstage is flatter, with less depth than the b400's, but with more width than the b400. I love them both, but have definitely been using the b400's more than the a4's lately. They just have such an intoxicating and smooth signature, that plays most genres of music well.

Can anyone link a pair of cheap earbuds on Aliexpress that's similar to the stock ones, with a small nozzle. Tried a bunch of other earbuds that had a wider nozzle, but really didn't enjoy the sound.

Are you seriously making a comparison between the B400 and a item you haven't heard? Jeez, I don't even know what to say other than that it's obviously worthless...

Just FYI I couldn’t shake the issue that the silicones made the short nozzles keep feeling like the iems were falling out, the complys that come with them solved that quick, also benefited bass.

So try the complys!

Tried the complys, but experienced fatiuge with those, most likely from the treble i guess.

Did I say I was making a serious comparison? I just shared my opinion. Yes, you'd better be silent if you didn't know what to say.

Bottom line, one driver B100 is better than 2+1 drivers A2. So I'm confident the 4 drivers B400 is much better than another 2+1 drivers A4.

What do you think of that cable? I'm looking at buying the mic/remote version.
It just looks nice, with the metallic internals and your lighting. It'll be more matched if the shell is metal and of the same colour, though. Psst...Brainwavz. Something something stainless steel body. B400 MKII? Future enhancement. Dat is definitely de wae.

@warehouse At the moment all I have in mind is EAC46CL or EAC46CLS, or whatever cheaper ones I could get from AliX. I'll pop over my local store tomorrow to test some olives and maybe take some cable porn pics. Them frosty shells need frosty flosses.

I believe I'm using Medium CP100 SpinFits. The CP800 is an even smaller core, I may give those a go, $10 for a 3 pack on Amazon
