    Today my left B400 housing had its driver assembly become lose and now it rattles. Further, the left channel is now less loud than the right, causing a channel imbalance.

    Has anybody else have had this happen?

    Ack! Not sure how that happened as the driver is held in place with a resin glue that turns to solid plastic. I will PM you directly to help you get this resolved.

    Right now we are not offering the new mic cable as a option with the B400.

    Anyone who got the 2nd batch have a weird looking nozzle? They are different than the ones pictured in other people's reviews 20171204_114628.jpg

    We dropped the recessed area between the base of the nozzle and the ridge in the 2nd batch, it uses the same nozzle design as is on the upcoming B2 Phoenix.

    Just want to comment that I had a shipping related issue and the gang at Brainwavz responded so professionally that they should be used in business schools as a case study in how customer Service should operate. I am impressed!

    Unfortunately I can’t say that I’ve had the same great experience with the Brainwavz support team. I placed an on order on the Black Friday deal for in stock B400 from batch 2 and after chasing up the order I was told that they had a large amount of orders to work through which I thought was fair enough.

    However 5 days later I still hadn’t heard anything only firstly to be told that they would be shipped to my via regular airmail and not via FedEx as I’d requested, when I challenged this I’ve now been told actually they are out of stock and I’ve been placed into batch 3 pre production without any notification.

    These were a Xmas present from my farther who was visiting just for Xmas so it seems now that I’m of luck in getting a pair of the B400 for him for Xmas :triportsad:

    Just e-mail them again. I did this and received fast answer. The delay is due to processing the huge amount of orders they received for Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

    I did email them back and they have confirmed that they have no stock and just put me into batch 3.

    I’m not very happy so I’ve had to ask for a refund

    But this was an order for the B400 that was in stock not the batch 3 preorder and they confirmed that they wouldn’t be able to get it to me in time for Xmas.

    If it was for me I’m quite happy to wait but it was a Xmas present for my farther and he doesn’t live in the UK so I only see him once a year
