Meh, those headphones definately don't win anything in the beauty department. They look kinda cheap, clunky, and with odd proportions from that youtube video, especially compared to the B&W P5, ESW10, and other AT headphones.

I think they're beautiful! Totally on my to buy list, but there are other beyerdynamic cans I want to try first, most notably the DT 990 Pros ($200 at B&H photo video) the DT880's (either the 2005 250ohm version, or the 32ohm newer version, I don't want the 600ohm version, keep in mind I use my big cans when OUTSIDE my apartment, when I'm at home I use speakers.) But maybe I should buy these instead of the DT990 Pro's, but I wanna use them when I start screwing around with Cubasis.

I think these look gorgeous. Except for the way the bracket that holds the cup has that weird curve in it and sticks out over the cups like a roof. What's up with that? If it was just a simple C shape around the cups, these would be some seriously beautiful phones, simple, industrial, etc. but that curve freaks me out
