Best Smartphone for audiophile Part II (Updated: Jan 2020)

If you don't want chinese phones, there are few other audiophile possibilities : choose the Korean ones bencherian proposes or the japanese one proposed by artpiggo (more a music player, but it's a Snapdragon 650 inside with 3GB RAM, not a 835).
If you're not in a hurry, you could wait a little so that the V30 price is more interesting (buy a V20 for $300 and sell it in 6 months ? or a G6 for $400)

thanks for the detailed explanation. what was recommended by the fellow members bencherian and artpiggo are excellent proposals.
But i still need the latest snapdragon processor (SD835). Below are the 20 current SD835 phones:

Better get an otg dac ah. If you want to maximize all aspects with uncompromised sound. Giving that you dont want to import V30 from Hongkong dealer.

You could buy a LG Hifi Plus external DAC (cheap now, I found one new for §60) and attach it with an USB-C cable to your prefered device.

You recieve the cable to attach it to any microUSB smartphone in the box. But if your smartphone uses USB-C, you need to buy an additional USB type-C to USB type-C cable.
This kind of cable : https://www.amazon.com/GTcoupe-Type...508841169&sr=8-9&keywords=usb+tpe-c+to+type-c

All of the mentioned items are quite pricey.. My budget is around $100..actually i already have an oneplus 5...
TBH, I already sold off my fiio q1.. Bcoz to me its quite a hassle to connect n reconnect.. That's why Im planning to get the best of both worlds

It seems your only all in one option with SD835 is V30 so you may have to wait, what do you mean "connect and reconnect"?
