I haven't heard it though, but it is a better phone than the V30+.
I got my V30+ for about USD100 new from a recontract of my mobile line, so no complains for me!

I had a G6 for 2 years, and the G8 is a good upgrade.

I wont recommend dap in this price range. Not the critical jump from what you have.

I recommend xplay6.

I've just recently tried Hiby R3, Cayin i5 and Shanling M3S, and oh boy I can assure you that none of them can surpass the sound quality of my Meizu Pro 5 (with 4.5.4.2 firmware)

I can not find anything about it, even how good the Xperia 1 sounds compared to good LG smartphones or DAPs from FiiO or iBasso for example?

And which DAC audio chips are installed on the Sony?
