Greetings

I would you recommend me a portable headphone, i like detail and crisp sound with some bass too and isolation off course, not basshead like AKG K518DJ. I liked the Denon AH-P372 (i have the CAL), but already read that the new models are "dark". My portable gear are Clip+ and fiio e5 and e11.

Thanks

Edit: what about superlux HD661?

The HD661's are crap compared to the DENON's you are about to buy. ; ) Trust me, have sent them back to thomann.de for refund.

I liked the sound sig, it's just other league. I'm talking about the DENON DN-HP700. There's no comparison. It's like night and day.

Huh? The DENON DN-HP700 is at least $100. The DENON AH-P372 doesn't seem to be available anymore.

I checked out the P72. It doesn't look that impressive. In the photo, it looks like the headband is all plastic. Does this sound better than the $15 JVC HA-S160? The HA-S160 sounds quite excellent for the price, and has a metal band in the headband. The compact  portable headphones that don't have a metal band in the headband seem like they are much easier to break. This headphone reminds me of the JVC HA-S360 in the way that it folds. I have the HA-S360 and it is very light and feels very fragile. A number of people commented that they broke theirs.
