Tried Nuon clear eartips and it saved some of the IEMs. You can also easily get them from Amazon. I havent tried the "boost" variant of the Nuon but it is boosting the bass not too much the quantity but the quality with extra stage expansion. I chose the "clear" as it has benefit in clarity in the treble. Quite surprised that there is no impression at all about these tips in head fi, given how good they are sonic wise. One thing to notice is, they dont work well with IEMs having thick nozzles.

Are the springs narrow bore?
Normal bore size.

Hey all!

I tried the PENON Liqueur tips. I really like how sticky they are, but they really did not fit well. Does any other manufacturer use the same type of material?

Thanks!
AZLA tips (Xelastec, etc) use a similarly sticky material, but they're thicker and stiffer than the Liqueur tips. Neither the AZLA nor the Penon tips work for me but YMMV.

I assume you've tried multiple sizes. Penon offers these tips in 4 different sizes, with the orange ones being made of a softer material and the black ones being made of a firmer material.

Yes I did. I tried the orange ones in all the sizes.

Agreed. Surprised I'm not hearing about these more often. You're right, they aren't very amenable to "stretching" over large nozzles, they have a very thick solid core. I've tried both and prefer the clear, they are fantastic with my Aurvana Mimi, my only TWS. Honestly what they make me think of are Radius Deep Mount tips, but a shallower fit version.

I love the Xelastec tips, I used them for years, the problem with them, is I'm using the Rex5 which has a short nozzle and they don't charge in the case. :(

Thank you for the tip. :)

Yes. Not for every IEM due to the stiff stem but i believe that stiff property is what makes it sound that good. For the IEMs that I was able to put them, they wiped out the floor. Nothing could come even close. I tested them against many, Penon Liqueur, Dunu SS, EPro Pro01, Coreir Aluminium, Tri Clarion to just name a few. What they do really well is removing all the harshness in the treble and mid, only clarifying the sounds that should be heard. I am really i pressed so far. Wanna try boost as well

This really sucks. Liqueurs are one of my favorite tips. I'm sorry you can't have them. I don't know of any other shape that's made from the same material.
The Zhulinniao zhu rhyme are made of the same material of the Penon orange. And I have to say that this one is one of my favorite tips, and I own more than 40 models.

They are available in aliexpress at a very good price.
I've found a couple links to Ali for them but they are not found when I click the link...and searches on Aliexpres turn up nothing. Could be a trump thing.
