With the omni I've gotten them on iems with a 6.5mm nozzle but it did take a bit of effortI find for really tight stretch fit licking one side, just a tiny bit, of the nozzle serves as a lubricant. Keep the side you start with dry so it grips, then the other side slides on much more easily than if it was dry.

Best IEM tips?

this thread is a much needed discussion , I've bags of tips . what i have found is really try the makers tips before trying new ones . burn the buds in first and get to know the sound . try some EQ , play known songs . then try others . if the maker gives an app that suggests the tips are in good . ok yes there seated but we must still learn the sound . my left ear canal is larger then my right and i guess the outer part of the ear canal is smaller . so if I'm using the Sennheiser tw3 buds i need the large tip , but medium rim cushion . if not it can seat well .
a pair of noble focus prestige I've hated until i forced myself to try there tips lol . now i like them . its not just the seal its how the seal is made . how deep , how much of the outside of the iem is making good contact on the ear rim .
you can stop at sound isolation , but this maybe not correct . a person posted here of tips with metal in inside . $50.00 a pair , guess who has them and i forgot me ! i even have tiny inserts to place inside the tips above where it seats on the iem opening . great sound changes , great tips . but not for all iems . i even bought mold kits from UM , they iso great but do effect the sound too . universal IEMS are a mind field of getting through . least EQ needed and if you can lower freq to raise others try this before adding . this is an old school method long forgotten .

Got a couple pairs of Eletech Baroque ML. Initial impressions, very good. Very soft and comfortable with a broadening of the stage and a slight taming of the treble extension. Spendy little devils at $15/set shipped. Vastly better seal for me vs. Divinus wide bore.
