Some new eartips in the house 😁
IMG_20230624_160855.jpg

From Left to Right:
ddHiFi ST35 D tips (my personal favorite of the bunch)
Spinfit W1
ANJIRUI
Infiter Eartips
Memory foam silicone tips (similar to Symbio) - the least attractive ones😏
Spent some time with the ddHiFi tips and they're amazing. The material and the umbrella are quite similar to my other favorite RaptNGo Adaptive tips. They just sit perfectly to any iems I use. Perfect isolation and they do accentuates the low-end a touch! Amazing tips 😄 The case they come with is also great

The Spinfit W1 is also another great set of tips. They do sit perfectly in the ears, sticky and they do not alter the sound, at least to my hearing
Those ANJIRUI tips are like a cheper version of Tennmark Whirlwind tips. Also nice eartips.
The Infiter Eartips are some mixed feelings. They sits perfectly on my ISN H50 and Zetian Wu. They're meant for TWS for my understanding so I'll give them some more time ☺️

Jeez they are expensive, but I suppose it's a "get what you pay for" situation. At least they are bringing something new to the table. I ordered a couple pairs.

Anyone tried these unique Jujujet eartips?

Supposedly will give better soundstage, but the fitting looks weird, like it will scrape the insides of the ear. Plus it costs around $50 - 60USD a pair after factoring in shipping!!! Might be costlier than some IEMs!

Reminds me of those doggy collar thingies:

Once you throw those silly metal plugs away, and put them on the right way round...

Bro, these eartips retail at $30 USD for 1 pair. Excluding transport and tax.

That metal plug probably costs $15 each side hahaha.

I sometimes have a hard time with my IEMs staying inside my ear/creating a good seal. I like the Spinfit W1s (small) in terms of comfort. I'm using sound rhyme 5s (SR5s) and Holas while I travel. Any suggestions?

Have you considered foam tips?

Another option (though expensive) is to consider custom IEMs, though they are hard to sell away (require reshell). There are even custom eartips, which go about $50ish a pair, that can be put on other IEMs with a similar nozzle diameter, that's a bit pricy but is a cheaper option than custom IEMs.

I haven't tried foam b/c from what I read they don't last as long but at this point I may look more into it. I've bought a few different tips now and I haven't had a "this is it" moment yet.

Foam tips generally disintegrate in humid environments and may last a few weeks to months (in contrast to the sturdier silicone tips), but they generally give a better seal/isolation, though they do tame the treble of some IEMs.

If you have access to AliExpress in your country and you want to try foam tips, I highly recommend these;

$3.29 45% Off | 3Pairs Memory Foam Ear Tips TS-200 4.5mm (L M S) For SOUNDPEATS H1 In-ear Earphone 4.5mm-5.5mm Headset Noise Isolation Eartips

I never liked foam tips either, I always felt they were uncomfortable and too stiff. Not to mention, I didn’t enjoy how much they tamed the treble and dulled the sound. These ones that I link are shaped more so like a traditional silicone tip so they’re very comfortable and they don’t alter the sound as much as other foam tips imo. They’re fantastic and the only foams I actually use these days.

Nope.
I'd be interested to try them out of curiosity but I see too many probable issues to spend that kind of money to find out.
