Best Headphone Under 300 bucks?

Well,the last thing i would want is open back. I listen in very noisy enviroments(family watches tv on very high volume) but i want a soundstage that is the best that it can be in closed back headphones.

I haven't had very much experience with closed headphones... never really was bothered by outside noise as I enjoyed being able to hear what was going on around me. 
 
Right now I just have the DT 1350 and my heavily modded D1001. Both are fantastic, but I can't say their soundstage compared to the likes of an SR-225i.
 
I also don't have the same opinion about most $200-300 headphones that a lot of people on this forum have as I think my modded D1001 provides the most pleasurable sound for a full sized < $300.
