The Montreal Performance isn't on CD I've looked. Too bad, it's a great show.
 
Take a look at A Night in Paris, it's the UK release of the Live In Paris with an extra track "Charmed Life" and a video of "Look of Love".

Here's one that didn't make it to the US in CD format. It's available on Amazon UK. The Amazon reviews are mixed, anywhere from 1 to 5 stars. I've sent for it.
