I wonder where the money goes when it comes to building the beats, not in Sound or build quality thats for sure.

Anyways have you tried to return them/warranty? if so, post a couple pictures to see how bad it looks then open away and post more pics.

Hope you return them and buy something better for cheaper. Like a pair of DT-770 build yourself an Amp while you are at it, like this you"ll even learn something.

It seems to be the closest to taking them apart. Many ask about this and no one has really tried to take them apart to fix.  Your going to have to find out how to remove the ear pad and move your way to the outside.  The biggest problem is removing the pivot area as there is no screws. People claim to have been able to remove it, but never said how. Hope the pics are a little help for refrence I just googled, "take apart beats studio" and got this.

To answer TestSubjects question, the money goes to Dr. Dre lol

...Pac was right. Dre really did took 6 years to write a single ******* song.. So he felt like music won't bring him money any more .then he started to make these crap headphones. Even 50 starts to do so as well...They are all selling out! I bet Em will never make headphones cuz he doesn't need to

Funny thing is what it says on Beats box: "people are not hearing all the music." Well you can't hear all of it with Beats either.

Keep looking, you'll find them. Sometimes they might be hidden under layers of material, so you might have to use your fingers to feel for them.
I'm not an expert with headphone companies and their return policies (that's why I don't buy online) but maybe you can send them in for out of warranty repairs?

Funny how you guys say to always try their warranty and customer service... if the Beats sound as bad as you think then why do you expect customer service to be any better? I bet they have many dissatified people to deal with.

I believe there is screws where the can folds in. Possibly take the plastic covers off and maybe somethings under there.

It's worth a try.

Why do I buy new headphones?

For the warranty

Hey dude I don't want to be obnoxious, but you asked me for help in another thread, and even PM'd me. I then wrote you a huge post of ideas on how to fix this, even with images showing. You probably never even saw it. Then you create another thread just for your problem (which is actually a good idea). Remind me next time to not waste 20 min helping someone.
