Just made an account here after doing a lot of research trying to find the straight cabled version. Seems like every single website is OOS. I have bad timing.

Same here. D1100's bass is a bit too much. Maybe even to a basshead if that's even possible! Does anyone know if those have more bass than the XB500? I sure hope not! I always wanted to try the XB500 for some reason.

Wow nice find, im very temptep to get me a pair also. Well see how much money i can spend after xmas shopping is done (yea i know its already the 23rd haha). And hopefully the price will drop back down to $100 and less.
