Where do you live?  I got these in Farmington, CT, at a local shop for $107.  They matched a price from an online seller.
 
Look local.  Guitar Center around here has them too.  I'm sure you can find them soon.

Jesus, I feel so stupid.. I hesitated in getting them from B&H and now they're backordered/sold out. 
Talked to BrianF @ Proaudiomart and he told me he won't take anything less than $125 as an offer. 
 
Could have had them from B&H for ~$140 shipped. Costs about $30 to ship them from the ebay sellers (unique squared & proaudiomart), and who knows how much the duties are to send them to Canada.

I honestly have no interest in buying a pair of used headphones for $95 when brand new ones can be had for ~$10 more. 
Plus, most shipping is continental US

That's great to hear.. USPS is generally good to Canadians, but their shipping is extra slow . Ordered some IEMs from Meelec 3 weeks ago and no signs of them yet.

I live about 2 hours from the border and it's infuriating.. 
 
Sadly, I don't have any Ameri-friends that visit often, so I'm usually forced to either abstain from buying certain things of pay a huge premium.

I checked it out, but when I added it to my cart, it said $159.99 for some reason.. 
Oh well, Unique Squared is also an authorized retailer, so no harm done.

So weird, yesterday at about 5, I saw it on amazon for $107.00, and now they are up again back to $189.00 and $159.00.  The M50 are sure hard to buy during the holiday haha.
