Hi y'all!

I stumbled upon this strange looking over-ear heaphones, and got very curious! I never heard about this manufacturer before, but they have other models from what I've found at their website, another over-ear headphone, and IEM and a earbud model too. All of them seem to be fashion/youth oriented and I know nothing about price or market availability. The only thing I know so far is that they seem to be available to the chinese market only, at least currently.

But back to the Medusa model, that made me start this thread. They seem like the resut of a love affair between a B&W P3/P5 and a spaceship from a scifi movie!

They seem to have been just announced recently, so there seems to be no details, specs or market ETA yet! I don't know if they'll sound any good, but they look good to me. It seems that it will be available in several colors and patters, but I like their look in plain black! Be to check the manufacturer website for some closeup pics showing their design...

I think our fellow Head-Fi'ers in China should keep a very close eye over these ones!

One, those are on-ear, not over-ear.

Two, the way the pads sticks out makes them look dumb. If they were flatter, they'd actually look nice. As they are, they just look weird.

I think they stick out in order to cushion your ears properly.

It seems they're already available in the chinese domestic market at Taobao for 999 YUAN (around 160 USD)...

Juicy info. I'm interested in what they sound like.
