Anybody facing stutter issues with M1S? I have tried FW 1.0, 1.04 and 1.058 and stutter exist on all 3 versions.
It is more prominent on DSD tracks, but I am seeing it on FLAC (16 bit/ 44.1KHz) too. Same SD card works fine with Sansa clipzip.
I am using Strontium Nitro 64GB 85MB/s UHS-1 Class 10 MicroSDXC Memory Card.

Thanks.

  Hey guys!

Latest test build here!

This should work

[Edited] I had found an tiny issue which is that when I tried to fast forward track as it just started playing (when the track is still at 00.00), the symbol for fast forward will appear but nothing happened, when the symbol appeared, I could no longer pause or even stop the track unless I selected another track. I hope that this message can reach you guys and also I will like to thank you for all the hard work in fixing the first second sound cut off.

I did face the same problem as you do with DSD128 playback on my class 10 sandisk 32gb micro sd card but after swapping it with my older class 4 sandisk 32gb micro sd card, the track was played back beautifully without any popping sound.

just tested DSD128 for the sake of it. One record didn't play at all, the player just skipped the files one by one.
The other one played just fine.

I have a full album that the m1s can't play. And its in FLAC 24/192 but my other 24/192 it can play just fine. My x10 can play it without problems. I just removed that album from the M1s. :)

Ohh something just struck my mind which was that when I inserted a 32gb micro sd card into my M1s it would only recognise 29.427gb of them and if some my track in that album happened to exceed the amount that the M1s recognised which will cause it to not show up at all (which means lets say I have 8 tracks therefore maybe only 5 of them will show up in my m1s). I find this "feature" to be a little annoying because I can't put my full "Romantic Arias" album in it, hopefully it will be fixed.

Yeah to @AuneAudio for fixing the split second cut off! Now I can definitely say 'this player is awesome!! :)

^^some of my DSD 128 won't play at all (SACD ISO) but all of the 64 will. DSF files will play but not DST?
All of my 24/192 play fine on the player. I don't hear any pops or clicks on my files on a Sandisk Class 10 64GB or 128GB.

Am I doing something wrong? I tried updating the firmware to the latest build, currently on 1.03, for some reason, I can't seem to upgrade it. I'm using 8 GB Toshiba SD card as my formatting SD card-- fat32 format. It's only showing "waiting for TF", and will not load. ::frowning2:

I only get to update firmware using Sandisk cards. None of my other players work with the update (Transcend and Samsung)
