I just found out the Mobius firmware can’t be updated unless you have a Windows PC. Complete joke

1) Is the new firmware finalized yet?

2) Does anyone have to adjust the windows volume daily after waking up the computer? My volume is always super soft and low when booting up for some reason

3) i wish they were comfier. They are pretty heavy headphones so my ears start to hurt eventually.

The cooling gel pads are less stiff than the memory foam ones, and direct replacement. The Brainwavz would not be plug and play. However, I wish I could replace the headband pad with the cooling gel since it's stiff until fully warm.

The gel pads are fairly similar in size and fit, however, where the brainwavz pads are deeper with more cushion. The brainwavz pads also slide right over the Mobius' earcups and are quite secure. Not plug and play but very simple.

We have been upfront about this from the very beginning. The problem is the Chip company does not make update drivers for OSX.

Thank you so much for the quick response! Has the sound changed at all? I've been thinking about gel pads but would definitely prefer these deeper ones as I enjoy the deep pads on my LCDs.

Ya pushing the drivers out a little further, angling them, and the different pad material/thicker foam, smooths out the treble response a bit, improves imaging, improves soundstaging, especially with the virtualization. The pads + a little extra eq on the music preset lets me listen at a higher prefered volume( Metal! (屮゜Д゜)屮 ), and I feel it makes the loudspeaker emulation larger and more natural, at higher volumes with less treble that is. I have room ambience at 35 I think.
