Do i need 0.78 or could i use 0.75 for the isine 20 too?

0.78mm and make sure that the connector has the small groove on the frontal side in between the pins

Would you one recommended? Or all the same?

1 - no, it won't work, the connector is recessed, It won't hold/fit.
2 - yes, but you'll have to find a way to remove/cut the ear hooks (the rounded part of the cable after the connector that goes around your ears on regular IEMS, you don't need it for the iSine, the cable must be straight, hanging.)
3 - no, angled connectors are a bad idea for the iSines. You need straight ones.
4 - yes, same as 2, get ready to do some surgery to remove the ear hooks.

Im from Cologne (Koeln) Germany. I didnt think so. I was hoping there is a cable that recommended, i have good and bad expirrence with cooper Cables. Is there an adapter out that makes a Unbalanced Cable to an Balanced? Or still i need a Balanced Cable it self?

I dont think the 100$ Cable worth the extra money, so i could go with the 35$ Cable.

Not sure about cheap cables, I have bought two from Penon, one costed me like $15 and the other is a nice $50 CS819 cable. Both came with grooved connectors and no ear hook, but the connectors didn't hold tight enough in the sockets. Just a bit of pull would remove the connector from the socket.
Some people here seem to have no problem with the cables but my experience told me it would be a gamble.

My stock 3.5 cable was busted and the nearest one I could find in EU was from Switzerland and costs 69 CHF.
