You tried removing and plugging back your earphones from the player? Mine sometimes happens when I switch from PCM to DSD files and was fixed after removing and plugging back in.
Yes same problem. Seems like something is defective

@JasonNYC : If you don't mind, could you please report to developers to disable possibility to add a song file many times in the same playlist file ?
and also ask them if LDAC codec will be activated in the SP2000 ?
Thank you for your support.

Anyone have a black sp2000 I’m questioning if my finish is off. Away from light it almost looks like it has a screen protector on but it’s not it’s the player and I can’t clean it off.

Yeah that’s odd, I would use a brand new magic eraser and see if it picks it up, it shouldn’t hurt anything.

@JasonNYC A bug that I noticed have been existing for quite long on SP2000 is that when I switch the audio files from say PCM to DSF, audio output stops.
The play timer moves but no audio.
I have to remove from the audio jack and plug back in before I get any sound. It seems to be only happening on the balanced output.
Yes have same problem, please fix this problem.

I use my SP2000 only for playback of stored files. My device came new with firmware version 1.10. This is my first AK device and I am extremely pleased with the sound quality. Reading through the forum, my inclination is to turn off wifi and not update the firmware.
Would anyone advise otherwise?
