FYI, Apple Classical support will be added around February 21st for the SP3000, KANN Ultra, SP2000T, SE180, SR25 MK II, SR25.

Apple Classical support for the SE300, SR35, KANN Max, KANN Alpha, CA1000 and CA1000T will be added around February 27.

I love the SE300 but comparing to my other daps always miss a little more bass vs the N8ii and Ibasso DX320.. even the Hiby RS2 I feel more bass than the SE300.

Just tried this new firmware for a little bit, but seems that have more bass than the last one have to listen more time but seems perfect for me!

I remember they acknowledged some time ago that they sometimes altered the dac filters and that would change the sound.

That's probably a good idea, it is a great piece of hardware and A&K seems to keep developing firmware, hopefully will be even better in a near future. Next update schedule for the end of Feb.
