Hi Christina,

The Jr. can read the 200GB card without any problem at all? What brand are you using?

Seamlessly. And other members have been using 200GB cards successfully for much longer. I'd recommend the Sandisk Ultra; they're very high quality and they're all I use for my photography, too.

That's awesome! I recently got the Samsung EVO 64GB. I was looking at the Sandisk Extreme at first but the price was double of the EVO due to the specs on paper. I use Sandisk for my photography too but they are of a different class.

Thanx for the heads up. Now I've got an option to choose the card sizes.

Yeah, it sometimes does cut very begining of each track specially the lower res files.
This player requires a major firmware update I believe.
How to contact AK addressing these issues? Or make a petition maybe?

I was hoping that was the case, I don't believe I have any FLACs on there yet

It can use 200GB? I thought 64GB was max?

Glad you found my info useful Christina. I'm learning myself.

I was trying to rip AIF files at 16 bit/44 and they sound a little better than FLAC files. The vocals was a tad smoother. When I did 24/96 I can hear strange noise artifacts like buzzing and more background noise.

You can use a 200GB card just fine. I have been using one for several months with no issues.  However, I fill mine with FLAC and DSD files.  I expect that the recommendation of 64GB is related to concerns with database performance.  If you filled a 200GB card with mp3 songs you could adversely impact the performance of the database.
