I totally agree on your thoughts. Its a great DAP and I love it to death. We're not asking for the sky as we know there are some trade offs when you make something that small and mobile with great SQ. Some of us are very patient. I, for one am, as I've waited almost 3 months for their email reply (I'm still waiting by the way).
I can totally understand that software developement is not easy at all and it takes time to perfect. Its about their after–sales services, customer services that I'm talking about.
Omg that sucks so bloody hard and I'm angry for you. There is no excuse for that kind of CCR. 3 months??!! Ridiculous. Boy. You have zen like patience. I feel for you here and now fear the worst if I get a problem.![]()
I hope you won't have any problems besides the UI or the DAC function over USB 3. Really hope they'll fix everything. All we need to do now is to wait.
