Hello everyone,

I have bought AK120 and I have a question about the battery.
According to AK website or Amazon, AK 120 can survive 14 hours with 24-bit playback after a full charge.
But yesterday when I burned in with my new PSB M4U1 with full battery on AK120 from 9 PM. When I waked up this morning at 6 AM. I pressed the button and was received the notice about run out of battery. It means that AK can't survive 14 hours as they announced. It's about 9 hours.

So please share with me the battery time of your AK120. Many thanks.

I think most of us here got 9-10hrs battery for our 120, so yours should be ok....

Yep. I get around 9hrs on my 120 and it drops to 7-8hrs when I play a number of DSD albums.

   Try 24/44 line out and it probably makes it. 

Less load on the device equals longer battery life. Fewer bits to process and no current draw.

Does anybody know how to lock AK120 to use "line out" with the max volume all the time? Even though I turn on "the line out option," it is gone when the unit shuts down.
Since I use a headphone amp with AK120, I always use "line out." It is annoying to set the option every time.

Yes. That's what I do. But when power goes down and comes back, that option goes away. I have to press the icon again, which is annoying.
