First imrpression:

coming from SP2000SS

warmer sound, very musical without loosing details
my 2000 in comparison sounds „colder“

Yes

let me describe it like this - i own the SP2000T and the SP2000SS…

the SP2000T sounds very nice and warm but with my collection of IEMs i found it like missing some details and it is not that “sharp”
on the other hand the SP2000SS has all the micro-details and stage but sounds sometimes too technical and cold

and now my first impression is, the SP3000 has both, sound more musical and warmer combined with details and sparkle -
after the first evening with it, i‘m very happy with it

P.S. First day, only listened with VE EXT and VE Phönix - next will be Odin, Solaris 2020 - imho Solaris could be a good match… let’s see…

About time... global early owners it has been eerily quiet in here. Beautiful device, looking forward to sound impressions. Also, the UI improvements from prior SP2K owners.

I am still waiting until the 17th for mine to come, but companies rarely break release date in the US, contracts keep friendships. I know release dates are different in different parts of the globe.

UI feels quick and responsive. Connecting to the internet was fast.

Quick to get through setup. Mine had 57% charge on it when I first switched it on.

Seems to come loaded with four songs on it.

Double tap wakes the screen up. Nice and fast.

It is heavy and feels really substantial in the hand.

Now I just need to fathom out how to use and operate it!

Edit: it has lost 5% of charge while I was having a look around the settings. Probably been just 10mins. Might not be an issue though as the battery may need a few charges and rundowns to get efficient.

Sp2000T is not SP2000CU

SP3000 sounds more like SP2000Cu than SP2000T to my ears. It has a more refined and detailed sound than SP2000T.

@JasonNYC can I charge the SP3K and play music at the same time? I’m thinking here about letting it run for a few days (aka burn in )
