Hey, I'm working with onecall to get some Monster Turbines.

I'm deciding between Gold and Copper.

They have offered me the Golds at $215. The Coppers at $259.

Are the coppers worth the additional $44?

Sure, if you like a more extended treble, more detail, a more balanced presentation and no mid-bass hump or bleedover into the mids. The golds are very good, though.

If you want added treble response and detail, and slightly better soundstage then yes. If you want a slightly darker sound with slightly rolled of treble then the Golds will do the trick.
