If you're asking about the AMP (not the DAC/Amp combo), I really like the sound of RSA amps. I own a Predator (it's a DAC/Amp), but Ray also offers amps only: The Hornet (http://www.raysamuelsaudio.com/products/hornet), The Tomahawk http://www.raysamuelsaudio.com/products/tomahawk and a few more).  They are noticeably on the "dark" and "warm" side of things though, so if this is not your cup of tea - look elswhere. To my taste, RSAs easily better similar iBasso products, but everyone's taste is different. 
 
Another great option to consider is HeadAmp Pico family. http://www.headamp.com/pico/pico_amp/index.htm I haven't owned one, but quickly auditioned once. Great sound, lighter and more open than RSA, but as a consequence a little less "substantial". I heard only the original Pico, they offer the Pico Power now, which is reported to sound noticeably better.
 
With no offence ment, I am personally not a great fan of FiiO sound. I admit they make some really great products for the price, but other amps simply sound more to my liking.

I bought that same one and it should be here this week so I'll let you know. I'll be using it with my 2012 Nexus 7, 2013 Nexus 7, and Galaxy S2 (SPH-D710) though I'm 99.9% sure it won't work with the S2.

I saw this too and am very excited, however I would like them to clarify the high def part of it.  Most if not all programs downsample any hi res files to 16/44.  I think it has to do with the Android OS.  I use Poweramp and while it reports my hi res songs as 24/96, my DAC is telling me it is playing only at 16/44.  UARP is the only way for now to get bitperfect out of an android device.  I have a NOTE II, which has a near identical USB audio implementation as the GS3.  
 
I'd like to be wrong, though at the moment it doesn't matter as long as the sound comes out and it sounds good since I have very little hi res music.  At any rate, I have a GEEK ordered and will report back next year when I receive it.

I don't follow the thread any longer, so I'm sure it's already been mentioned.  But in case it hasn't, my AT&T Galaxy S4 with AOSP Slim Bean 4.3 beta 5 is working great with my Behringer DAC.
Slim Bean is my favorite AOSP ROM.  That and Liquid Smooth which is based on Slim.

I loaded this rom on my AT&T S4 last night and it is all the rom I could have asked for! It is loaded with all the features, looks great, and drives either a USB DAC or headphones from the usual output port as well!! (jacknorris's patch did get me pretty much to this point before, but the regular headphones port didn't work...)

I've literally been wanting to drive a USB DAC with a portable device for like 5 years+, and now it's here! Thanks for the heads up, CZ Eddie.

Google can’t put limitation on something they don’t implement.
 
As Android is free and open source, Android device manufacturers (Samsung, HTC, Sony, LG and some others) modify the Android OS and implement their own USB Audio by leveraging on the free and open source 32/384-capable Linux USB audio driver for ALSA.

So far, these Android code modifications are limited, and the generic music players have to use the current Android media player framework having some code instructions which prevent the usage of 24-bit audio format like

I was hoping, if I may, to move the evolution of this conversation back a few millennia by asking : How do I get music tracks into USB Audio Recorder Pro?  I`ve got everything set up : HTC Butterfly, OTG cable to new D-Zero SE (sabre DAC) and of course USB A.R.P installed and looking very professional. But I can`t seem to access any of the files on my SD card . . .   
 
I`m sure I`m doing something utterly infantiley wrong.

I finally got USB Audio Recorder Pro working on my Note II again.  A VERY pleasant discovery is that UARP has hardware control over the volume control of the HRT Microstreamer.  What this means is that there isn't the hiss that I get using the MS on the Note II without UARP (amp is at full volume, with digital attenuation - bad!).   Unfortunately, there is a clicking that occurs every few seconds that is mildly distracting.
 
I also decided to go from FLAC to mp3 for my portable music collection to conserve space, forgetting that UARP doesn't do mp3.  DOH!
 
On a side note, it is too bad that something like Pandora can't be routed through UARP.  I listen to it quite a bit, and the main DAC that I will be using (HifiM8) won't work with the Note II without UARP.
