im looking for my first amp and i dont want any disappoint; so with the same cost $650 for 337 included with shipping where can i get same or better amp than dv337 in US, heard many thing good about 337. save the shipping $ if i buy the amp in US

Then I'd definitely recommend the Decware CSP-2. Slightly better than the DV337, and only slightly more expensive, and made in and shipped from the USA.

is it alot upgrade or better than b4 (CSP-2)

If you can find one used, I would look into the SinglePower Extreme.
