Nothing wrong with that. It's just that there are degrees of insanity. There are neurotics and there are psychotics in this headfi asylum. The neurotics plan to build a house on sand and the psychotics want to move in. There are some of us that think about spending two thousand dollars on a set of headphone and there are many of us that actually placed the order.

I'd call it insane if you weren't trying to reproduce as close as possible the experience of being in the studio when the artists were playing. Other than that, x2 it's a hobby.

As a first year university student, I swore I'd stop at 1k. Four months later, I'm pushing the 2k mark.

My friends think I'm nuts. I think they're missing out.

Just don't get caught up in the FOTM madness......

It's about wringing all of the capabilities out of your headphones. Headphones put you up close and right in the music, all without bothering your neighbors. Because I love headphones, I love the headphone amps.
