@APC01, wrong thread. Those are iems. This is an "earbud" thread.
300ohm and 95db sensitivity, probably needs decent amping. Might be good though hard to say.https://www.aliexpress.com/item/GM5...id=0ebb073b-2eec-46d4-9f22-67c9913b9abf&tpp=1
it seems there are 13 orders for this after i posted the link earlier ...just waiting for reviews...could be another top tier budget buds perhaps?
so u think smartphones and laptops dont do well with this ? for the price maybe it doesnt hurt to try?300ohm and 95db sensitivity, probably needs decent amping. Might be good though hard to say.
Can’t be sure but sensitivity is pretty low. No it doesn’t hurt to try at this price, just a caution incase it ends up being power hungry.so u think smartphones and laptops dont do well with this ? for the price maybe it doesnt hurt to try?
300ohms you aren't gonna hear anything in anything else than a complete silent environment... these totally need an AMP

Impendance isn’t always the determining factor when it comes to being well driven power wise. Also if an earbud gets loud enough but doesn’t have the required drive to provide the energy I’d consider that not well driven but that’s not to say every high impendance earbud is like this.
I wonder if the S7 has a decent amp like the LG v20 does.
Might be EU have some guidelines on that some companies follow it.True. Earlier when I tried the Zen's off of my S7 (which I don't normally do), I rationally knew that they probably weren't being optimally driven. But I didn't stop listening for 3 hours, so they must have sounded all right to me
Not sure. But I do know that my version (Canadian, exynos) doesn't have the volume limitation applied (like I think it is in Europe?).
