Hi, I wanna buy a portable DAC or DAP for my Limeears Aethers. I was thinking about Oppo Ha-2 SE, but if you will recomend any other equipment I'd be really glad. Sound Quality is what I care about the most. Cheers!

It's a shame you can't up your budget a tiny bit and get the Audio Opus #1, maybe the Fiio X5 III would be suitable.
The Opus #1 is more neutral, the X5 a little more lush, but has more features. Opus #1 is a pure, high quality music player.

do you know anything about the oppo? Would you prefer a dac or a dap as far as sound quality goes?
I used to use an iPod classic with the HA-2, and it is excellent. But for the price there are some excellent players that are more convinient in my opinion. With the Opus #1 I found no need for a stack anymore, I now have the Opus #2 and it is my daily player.
