I was not expecting a cable like this, it's better than some fullsized I have seen very impressive right there ( silky smooth , 2 bonded channel leads )
Threw on the red foams and got out the Ihifi 812V2 player ( high gain ).
 
First 30 seconds I uncontrollably let out a laugh, which rarely happens.
 
The last time I remember doing that it ended up becoming one of my favourite fullsized headphones! ( good times ahead )
Off for a nice late night walk.
 
Will try the Ehoox later. Fine as-is.

@zhibli06 effectively derailed my activities in my workshop for quite a while when I first heard the Monk, Asura and the Zen. LMAO. He'll be the death of modding everywhere

Huh 20 minutes, are you serious man? It takes less than 1 minute to put the foams on and maybe 5 seconds to remove them for me.

I find then more natural with the foams. Too bass light and thin sounding without the foams.

Lol yes nobody at home managed to get it done. Finally I took my surgeon's tools and got it done. Don't know why it was that hard.
So I should leave them on? That's OK.

I prefer to wear them over the ear since they are more comfortable and sounds better.
